A. Direct Placement

Unlike any other agency, Hub City Employment has a pool of employees that are willing to pay a placement fee.  You interview and hire from a special group of top quality candidates that are willing to invest in their future.  The candidate that you choose to hire is available immediately as your employee.  If you choose to pay or assist with the placement fee our options are competitive and we offer special discounts and a guarantee to ensure your satisfaction

B. Temporary to Permanent

This option lets you take the new hire for a test drive with no risk to you as an employer.  Let the employee work at your company while you observe and evaluate his or her skills to ensure a good fit in your organization.  This employee is on the Hub City Employment payroll. We cover workers compensation insurance, general liability insurance, payroll taxes W-2's and IRS reports. You are billed weekly for this service. You can elect to hire the employee at anytime during the specified temporary period for the agreed fee or after the temporary  period you can hire our employee at no extra cost.

C Temporary Employment Staffing
